Access depends on local law and is available where local law permits. If your location, age status under local rules or documents do not meet the terms, we may refuse or restrict access.

Your payment name should match your account details, and transaction references must be accurate. We may delay a wallet update or payout while checking UPI, Paytm, PhonePe or Google Pay records.

We may pause access if we see security risk, mismatched payment details, duplicate account activity, location concerns or a dispute that needs checking. The pause remains only while the relevant terms are assessed.

Game rounds are settled using the recorded result from the game system. If a connection drop, cancelled round or technical error occurs, the Terms & Conditions explain how we check the record.
